Duplicate an event series

POST 
/v1/event_series/:event_series_id/duplicate

Creates a copy of the given event series, the same as Duplicate in the dashboard. The copy keeps the images, description, venue, ticket types, ticket groups, bundles, checkout questions, overrides, conditional content and settings, and scheduled broadcasts unless the event series is recurring. Event occurrences are not copied. The copy is created in DRAFT status: add event occurrences, then publish it with the status endpoint.
