BASKET.EXPIRED webhook triggered when a buyer entered their details at checkout but their basket expired before they completed the order.

The payload is the incomplete order as it stood when the basket expired, including the buyer's details and the line items they left behind. Its status is pending, and its currency and total are null. Baskets that expire before the buyer entered any details do not trigger this webhook.
