Available tools

The MCP server provides access to all Ticket Tailor API endpoints as tools, exposing the following functionality:

Event Management​

  • Event Series: Create, update, delete, and manage event series
  • Event Occurrences: Add individual event instances to series
  • Event Status: Change publication status (draft, published, closed)

Ticketing​

  • Ticket Types: Create and manage different ticket categories
  • Bundles: Create ticket bundles and packages
  • Issued Tickets: Generate individual tickets for attendees. IMPORTANT: issuing tickets via the MCP is charged at one credit per issued ticket, even if the ticket is free.
  • Check-ins: Track attendance and manage entry

Sales & Marketing​

  • Orders: View and manage customer orders
  • Discounts: Create and manage discount codes
  • Vouchers: Set up gift cards and promotional vouchers
  • Products: Manage merchandise and add-ons

Customer Management​

  • Waitlists: Manage waitlist signups
  • Holds: Reserve tickets for manual sales

Reporting & Analytics​

  • Overview: Get box office summary statistics
  • Order Reports: Analyse sales data
  • Attendance Tracking: Monitor check-in data
