Troubleshooting

Connection Issues

  1. Verify your API key is valid and active in Ticket Tailor dashboard and it works by sending a request to any API endpoint using the key. E.g. /v1/overview endpoint.
  2. Check network connectivity to mcp.tickettailor.ai
  3. Ensure the MCP server is properly configured in your client. Setup instructions vary by client – we've written a basic guide for some popular clients.

Permission Issues

  1. Confirm your Ticket Tailor API key has the required permissions

Data Sync Issues

  1. The MCP server fetches real-time data from Ticket Tailor
  2. Changes made outside the MCP (e.g., web interface) are immediately reflected
  3. Some operations may take a few seconds to propagate
